Important Exclusions
Normal Wear & Tear
Normal ageing, cosmetic wear, misuse, accidental damage, poor maintenance and damage caused by third parties are not covered.
Customer-Supplied Materials
Materials, fixtures or appliances supplied by the customer remain subject to the manufacturer's warranty and are not covered as Elite Builders Ltd materials.
Existing or Hidden Defects
Pre-existing structural issues, damp, movement, hidden defects or conditions outside the agreed scope may require separate investigation and quotation.
Unauthorised Alterations
The guarantee may not apply where covered work has been altered, repaired or interfered with by another person without prior agreement.
